Thank you for shopping with Global WholeHealth. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange products or provide you with corporate credit. We only exchange or give corporate credit for the amount of items sent back, if you do not send the full shipment back then we do not credit the full shipment, only credit for unused and undamaged product. (Customers will have to pay for shipping and handling of returned items.) Returns are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the shipped date. You may not return: sale items, discounted items or any items marked, stained, used or torn in any way. Returns are also not accepted if you ‘change your mind’ or decide that the price or make does not really suit you. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped you). Please understand that all product are inspected by quality control before shipping, making it unlikely to be damaged.
All merchandise must be returned unopened, untampered, and with original package and printing attached. Please contact our firstname.lastname@example.org to send you the return form. After filling out the form and attach a copy of your Invoice, copy of our Packing Slip and your Packing Slip, you will need to pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible) and send it along with the before stated documentation with your return package. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. That way you will be protected from loss during shipping. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that you have corporate credit with us. Please allow 1-10 days from the shipping date for your corporate account to be credited.
